The role involves driving specification-led growth, engaging with architects, façade consultants & PMC teams, positioning IWIN-S, IWIN-E & façade systems, influencing projects at design stage, ensuring inclusion in tender documents, and supporting project pipeline creation across India.
Skills Required: Strong technical knowledge of aluminium window & façade systems, specification selling, relationship management, presentation & communication skills, market development, and project coordination abilities.

Travel Requirement: Frequent travel required across Bengaluru & Pan-India project locations.
Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in aluminium systems, building materials, or related industry. The role involves driving sales growth across retail and project segments, managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, handling techno-commercial presentations, leading negotiations, managing the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to collections, and building strong relationships with architects, consultants, developers, fabricators, and PMC teams.

Key Skills:
Strong knowledge of Powder Coating & Anodizing processes, including chemical/process control and quality analysis., Strong expertise in production planning, process control, analytical thinking, and problem-solving., Proficient in SAP/ERP, MS Office & Google Workspace, with the ability to work independently and effectively in a team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement EHS and safety procedures across the plant
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, toolbox talks and training
• Ensure PPE, fire safety, machine safety, electrical safety and chemical safety compliance

• Conduct emergency drills and maintain safety records/MIS
• Ensure statutory and ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 compliance

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer enquiries, feasibility, counter drawings and technical updates.
• Coordinate die costing, invoicing, payments, die release, sample approvals and reconciliation.
•Track enquiries, update customers, maintain records and drive process improvements.
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical / Production / Metallurgical) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Key Skills:
• Knowledge of engineering/CAD drawings, extrusion dies and profiles.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, business communication and preferably SAP/ERP.
